1. Support and Product Questions
For product support, account help, social-connection questions, or general inquiries about Postvertise, email support@postvertise.com.
Include your account email and a short description of the issue. If your request concerns a connected social account, name the provider (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, or X) and the username/handle if known.
We use this inbox for operator support. It is separate from transactional mail sent from the Postvertise mail domain.
2. Privacy and Deletion Requests
Privacy questions and offline account-deletion requests can use the same support email.
If you can sign in, prefer self-service account deletion from Dashboard → Settings, or social disconnect from Dashboard → Social Accounts. See Data Deletion and the Privacy Policy.
